No coverage is available for orthodontic services in the Dental Basic Plan. In order to obtain orthodontic coverage, you must enroll in the Dental Plus Plan. The Dental Plus Plan provides 60% coverage for In-Network orthodontia services after deductible, up to a $3,000 lifetime maximum and provides 40% coverage for Out-of-Network orthodontia services after deductible, up to a $1,500 lifetime maximum. |
