When is the 2024 Annual Election?

2024 Annual Election begins Monday, October 23, 2023 and will end on Friday, November 3, 2023.

  Do I have to make an election?

You do not have to make an election if you are not making changes to your plan. Your elections will continue in 2024. However, if you are making plan changes or electing to participate in a Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account for 2024 you are required to make changes.

  How do I use the Annual Election materials available online?

We have outlined a few tips below to help you have a successful Annual Election:

• Read your employee benefits brochure which outlines the changes for 2024.
• Annual Election materials will be available through the CITGO Intranet or via the Internet at http://www.hr.citgo.com.
• Review your current coverage as outlined in SAP Employee Self Service (ESS) if you are a CITGO Employee OR your Annual Confirmation Statement if you are a CITGO Retiree.
• Review your current payroll deductions for your benefits.
• Verify your current and possible future eligible dependents.
• Verify your physician and provider network access for medical, dental and vision coverage.
• Review your Flexible Spending Account elections (if applicable).
• Review your Health Savings Account elections (if applicable).
• Confirm your first payroll deductions or your billing statements for 2024 agree with your elections.

  How do CITGO Active Employees make their 2024 elections this year?

To enroll in any of the benefit plans or make changes to your current elections the following options are available:

• CITGO Employees must enroll through the SAP Employee Self Service Portal (ESS) or by sending your elections to the Benefits HelpLine via email to benefits@citgo.com .
• For employees without computer access, you may enroll via phone by calling the Benefits HelpLine at 1-888-443-5707.
• Make your Annual Election changes beginning Monday, October 23, 2023 through Friday, November 3, 2023.
• Remember to print a copy of your on-line election form before you click “SAVE.”

  I am a CITGO Retiree. How do I make my elections?

To enroll in any of the benefit plans or make changes to your current elections, the following options are available:

• Retirees and spouses under the age of 65: Make your 2024 Annual Election changes or elections Monday, October 23, 2023 through Friday, November 3, 2023. Enroll by phone by calling the Benefits HelpLine at 1-888-443-5707 or email elections to benefits@citgo.com.
• Retirees and spouses over the age of 65: Must contact UnitedHealthcare Medicare Solutions at 1-877-753-5150.
