The dental plus plan has some enhanced coverage available. Coverage for implants and orthodontic services (child and adult) is offered under the dental plus plan. Also, the plus option offers a higher annual maximum ($3000.00 in-network, $1500.00 out-of-network) than the basic option ($1500.00 in/out network). |
