How do I register on MetLife's website to view claims, print ID cards, etc…

  • Access: https://mybenefits.metlife.com
  • Returned user - login with your UserName and Password
  • First time user - follow the step below:
    1. Enter CITGO Petroleum Corporation in the company name textbox
    2. Click the Submit button.
    3. Click on the Register button (located on the right hand side of the screen)
    4. Complete all of the required fields: enter personal information, create username and password, set up security questions and accept terms of use agreement.
    5. Click Register to complete your registration.

    To Print ID cards:

    • Log in using your newly created user ID and password.
    • Click on "Print your Dental ID card" button (located on the bottom right hand corner).
