To enroll in any of the benefit plans or make changes to your current elections, the following options are available: - Retirees and spouses under the age of 65: Make your 2024 Annual Election changes or elections Monday, October 23, 2023 through Friday, November 3, 2023. Enroll by phone by calling the Benefits HelpLine at 1-888-443-5707 or email elections to benefits@citgo.com.
