Pension Manager (this tool is available after you complete 14 months of employment with CITGO Petroleum Corporation.)

  • The Pension Manager is an online tool that lets you run your own retirement estimates using different effective dates and/or ages. You can calculate and print estimates for as many different scenarios as you want, all based on real-time information. The following two options are available to access the Pension Manager system:
    • Go to the CITGO Intranet - click on the Benefits Connections icon, click on the Retirement drop down and select Pension Manager.
    • You can also access the Pension Manager at http://citgo.mercerhrs.com.
  • If you are accessing Pension Manager for the first time after June 1, 2018, you will need to register your account as a New User.
  • If you have already registered your account, you will need to use the Returning Users section to log in to your existing account.
