Once you have satisfied the eligibility requirements (above), you will be 100% vested if you meet one of the following requirements: - Complete at least five years of employment,
- If you are determined by the Plan Administrator to be totally and permanently disabled while in employment, or
- You reach age 55 while employed with the Company.
