To enroll in any of the benefit plans or make changes to your current elections the following options are available: - CITGO Employees must enroll through the SAP Employee Self Service Portal (ESS) or by sending your elections to the Benefits HelpLine via email to benefits@citgo.com .
- For employees without computer access, you may enroll via phone by calling the Benefits HelpLine at 1-888-443-5707.
- Make your Annual Election changes beginning Monday, October 23, 2023 through Friday, November 3, 2023.
- Remember to print a copy of your on-line election form before you click “SAVE.”
