- You can also call the John Hancock Customer Service Center at 1-800-881-3786. Long Term Care Consultants are available
Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Central Time. The enrollment kit and the website include details about plan provisions and exclusions as well as applications, forms and premium rates.
